Codestone Group interview questions

The interview process consisted of three Teams calls, with the final one involving my reporting manager and HR. The questions were clear, relevant, and directly related to the role. The process was well-structured and professional, and the team made me feel comfortable throughout. Communication was prompt, with a transparent and friendly approach at every stage. Overall, it was a positive and smooth experience.

I have been approached by the recruitment team on LinkedIn. The role seemed interesting and aligned with my line of work. I had first interview scheduled but nobody called me which made me wait all day postponing my tasks. Fortunately we were able to reschedule it, interview went great, I was invited to a 2nd stage just a few days after, then to a 3rd stage just a few days after. The process was happening so quickly which would be great if then I wouldn't hear anything till this day and it has been 4 months. I think it's important to give a clarity to any candidate, not only the one that gets the job.
