Pros

There are no clear pros to working here. The compensation and bonuses aren’t bad, but on the lower end compared to similar insurance companies in the region.

Cons

Rebranding 4 years ago has not fixed the culture and working environment. Poor leadership, micromanagement, and ever changing processes and structure are just a few things making this a challenging place to work. Far more concerned with key strokes and card swipes than productivity. You’ll never feel completely secure here. Don’t expect a quality work-life balance. They sell risk as needed to improve their financial position. Their ranking as best places to work is tainted by repeated reminders and pressure on employees to deliver high ratings.
