Bad place to work and not getting better!

Pros

Alot of co-workers still care about the company. The biz has alot of room to grow.

Cons

We keep hiring bad CEOs. Going to hr is useless so we don't bother. Management is never around when it matters. They bad mouth each other when they are around.

Pros

Well I had some pros like great work culture and work/life balance, but then they went and shutdown the entire Broomfield office.

Cons

Over the many years I've worked at this company, I've seen nothing that resembles a long term plan (even a 3-year plan) that makes it past 6-months. I understand that plans change, but I'm not talking about being adaptive and steering the strategy to follow industry needs. We're talking major swings in what they wanted to accomplish... Feels like they're frantically chasing an IPO that isn't going to happen.
