Pros

The team is the best part about CB. The genuinely care about their clients and their employees. Benefits are great and collaboration is top notch. Mostly transparent with how things are going as a whole.

Cons

There are not many cons here, but if I had to think about it. I would say some of how the recent restrucuring could've been handled in a better way. There also isn't much room for upward movement unless someone leaves. That said because it's a great place to work most employees stay as long as possible.

Honestly I don’t have a lot of bad things to say. I love my job, my team, and the flexibility given to me! The people are incredible and I feel like it’s one of the better places I’ve ever worked. There is a good work-life balance and I’m not stressed or anxious at the end of my work day.

Cons

Would love to get paid more, but it’s a small business, and the other benefits outweighs the cons.
