Pros
Consistent schedule, solid pay, lots freedom to structure your work load the way you want, really laid back and managers are not the type to stand over you and breathe down your neck. i love how family friendly this job is too, if its monday and i need to take friday off its no problem. ive worked at over 10 different places and i enjoy this job far more than any other place ive been.
Cons
lots of drama and while the laid back structure is a pro it also is a con because there are those that do take advantage. but thats the best i got 🤷♀️
