      Pros

      a lot of coworkers who's trying to make a difference. somewhat valid path to a IPO. Can get your hands on very impactful projects. Good diversity.

      Cons

      Very west coast centric company. They don't care about your lunch/dinner/family time if you are in other timezones. Disappointing WLB. Compensation is not competitive, they are paying people as if they were still a small startup. They shipped a lot of jobs to Poland and India. If you are in the U.S, watch out for your job security.

      Pros

      - The People team is supportive and great to work with. - The salary is competitive, though this may vary in some cases. - The company maintains a generally positive reputation, both in terms of its product and leadership. - The Sales team is exceptional and performs at a high level.

      Cons

      - Technical management and planning are among the weakest aspects of the company. - Frequent organizational changes—expect shifts in team structure, titles, and responsibilities every quarter. - Ongoing silent layoffs (every quarter)—employees are constantly left wondering if they’ll be next. - The company seems allergic to strong engineers—those who take ownership will face bigger challenges and will have to either leave on their own or get laid off. - The work is mostly legacy maintenance and firefighting—without proactive self-development, your technical skills may stagnate.
