      Too much work, case load is crazy and they expect you to stay up to date with over 1200 accounts

      -good bonus program -free food for making goals -nice coworkers -good vacation time policy -good company benefits -good training plan

      -there is a lot of work to do which can be stressful -some teams have a tougher work load than others do based on the client -could use a larger staff -not a lot of growth opportunity in this department
