-there is a lot of work to do which can be stressful -some teams have a tougher work load than others do based on the client -could use a larger staff -not a lot of growth opportunity in this department

hard work is rewarded, but very often you have to advocate for yourself. There are friendly people in the environment. there are a lot of employees with a lot of longevity at the company.

benefits are a mixed bag - they exist, but each benefit can have very costly premiums and employee contributions. the company has gone through a lot of fluctuations with hiring and letting people go. the environment can be unpredictable at times.
