I've been working here for almost 10 years and things have really changed. The atmosphere is fun even though the work can be challenging. Free food for reaching goals is great.

Sometimes I think we are given too much work. We could use additional help. Company seems to be growing.

hard work is rewarded, but very often you have to advocate for yourself. There are friendly people in the environment. there are a lot of employees with a lot of longevity at the company.

benefits are a mixed bag - they exist, but each benefit can have very costly premiums and employee contributions. the company has gone through a lot of fluctuations with hiring and letting people go. the environment can be unpredictable at times.
