Diverse company culture, and between the sister companies, you can learn a lot about both consumer and business oriented IT support and technology.
Cons
Poor compensation, no reviews, no encouragement or expectation of individual growth.

Pros
Living expenses (house) around their locations are relatively low comparing to other areas in Chicago. They have branches at U Chicago, 35 th Illinois Institute of Technology, Oak Park, Hill Side, 95th Dy Ran. Most of those places are relatively safe comparing to most south Chicago places. Their role play sales training is awesome.
Cons
Due to the strong competence in desktop PC service market and ever go down PC price, the potential profit space for the company is not very optimistic.
