Pay is way too low. Bonuses are nearly impossible to catch. If you get 100$ you should be happy.
If you get promoted that does not mean it's salary increase. Team leaders are only making 100$ more on an average than an totally average agent. Team leaders considering their responsibilities and big work flow are making miserable 750-850$ in total.
Other managament positions are worthless, stupid unreal low pay.
Depending on your department, there is one where there is ZERO PTO. If you are lucky(or unlucky) to be added to dept where it has a PTO, that is inly 5days a year.
Absolute huge work flow and ZERO pay. Continuous pressure at all times , you can never work without someone pressuring you even if you are doing perfect.
This is the only place where you receive a promotion and your salary stays the SAME.
This place offers no room for growth whatsoever, don't bother joining this company if you'd like to not waste your time please
