They hire you to work for another organization which is typically a solid company.

It's all about the money for Calian. They are a staffing company disguised as a health care company. They can't staff and don't know the first thing about health care. They can't staff their contracts because the pay is significantly below union rates for nurses. Plus no night shift differential, no pandemic pay, no charge nurse pay, no shift or weekend differential, no pension contribution, way less pay on holidays etc. They hire nurses who are not qualified for the position. They are from the dark ages in terms of health care, no education for nurses, awful equipment, medications dispensed in bottles, no policies and procedures etc.
