    The Pension Plan is the BEST.

    Pros

    Great opportunity to learn a lot. Hands on experience will give you invaluable skills that will help you advance your career.

    Cons

    There is a lot of traveling to various locations in all kinds of weather. Many required overtime hours to complete jobs.

    Pros

    The job sounded too good to be true, and it really is!

    Cons

    - All salesperson who work for this company are expected to work 7 days a week, due to prospecting, client visits, and sales preparation.
    - Phone day is atrocious!
    - Still use 'old school' sales techniques of using index cards, cold calling, scripted sales presentation.
    - No integrated CRM system in place even if the product is an 'on-line debt recovery service.
    Do not give customer service, and do not care about their customers. Essentially, they want customers who have overdue accounts, debts sign there and then.
    - No real work-life balance.

    Advice to Management

    Being more realistic and practical for their management.
    Advertise real opportunity not an 'employment scam'

    I worked at CPA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    There are no pros to working here that I can think of.

    Cons

    You will work 60 plus hours a week- they don't ask you to do it, they DEMAND it
    They give you unclear instructions and expect you to read their minds
    They give you tasks and expect you to complete them in very unreasonable time frames
    EXTREME micro-managers
    You will go home every night completely stressed-out and miserable, and the pay will fall far short of making up for it.
    I once got a "talking to" for making a 5 minute emergency personal phone call, despite the fact I was putting in 60 plus hour work weeks
    Don't expect any praise from anyone for a job well done- they manage by negative reinforcement(i.e., you will only hear from them when you make a mistake, or they have some other reason to verbally attack you)

    Advice to Management

    Based upon the upper management that was there when I was- the best advice I could give to the CEO- CLEAN HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!
