Lots of cost cutting and roles shifting over to the Beijing HQ. Calgary office seems like it's a dead man walking

Overworked, constantly running multiple posts by yourself. Can't get simple P.O's signed for necessary materials required to run the place. Under paid, just because you submit all the recommended documents for your next op level doesn't mean you'll necessarily get it. There was always an excuse. You've got to be very good on your feet as the training is minimal at best( 2 shifts on your own and you're left alone in a post) Safety matters only when it doesn't affect production. The camp is not very good, the only food they seem to have is asian dishes, rooms are uncomfortable, it's overpopulated and undersized. If I had my time back I would not have went to work there, especially seeing how some employees were treated. At least once a month i've heard someone screaming in mandarin at someone else upstairs in the admin. SAFETY MATTERS, ONLY WHEN IT DOESN'T AFFECT PRODUCTION.
