CNOOC interview questions

Did 2 rounds of panel interviews, and had one “coffee chat” with the team. The second interview, they cancelled and rescheduled while I literally just entered the building (very unprofessional). During the interview process they all were just reading off of a paper like a script, seemingly uninterested overall. One of the interviewers was very hostile and unwelcoming. Made me watch a safety video on my first interview, felt very random. HR was interns that would barely reply to their emails. On my last interview/“coffee chat” they had a fixation on my personal life as they had found out I had an important connection, made me extremely uncomfortable as that was the topic of conversation instead of my strengths, skills, and capabilities. I decided not to follow up on the last conversation as I was obviously uncomfortable and in turn, I got ghosted.

Interview overall was good, interviewers was friendly. Process was very smooth, have a good communication with them. They have a good benefits. The environment looks nice and clean . Location near the MRT
