- Management in UK is BS - Generally the clients were ruder and less educated than I worked with banks’ - Even lower pay than call centre from any of the Big 6 banks

- A fun team - opportunity to learn a lot about markets and retail trading

Cons

- traditional and slow to move/upgrade - a lot of work due to low employee count serving the global clientele - depending on the region, can be hard to move up
