We have several channels for employees to express their concerns and suggestions openly, including suggestion boxes and an anonymous, toll-free hotline. If made aware of an issue such as being asked to work off the clock, it would have been addressed immediately.
We recognize the importance of diversity in our workplace. Our team is made up of a diverse mix of race, ability, ethnicity, age, skill, gender, and religious views. While we do start meetings with prayer, participating in prayer is not required of any employees, as we welcome all personal beliefs.
