Our compensation structure is designed to be competitive and is in line with other local manufacturers. In addition to hourly pay/salary, offering completely free health coverage, a fully-funded health reimbursement account (H.R.A.), combined with our generous quarterly profit sharing bonus program puts our compensation far above other similar local industries.
Similarly, our PTO policy is designed to be competitive and generous, offering a full week after only 90 days and two full weeks upon first anniversary.
Regarding holiday pay, our policy of requiring team members to work the day before and after a holiday aligns with common practices in our industry, ensuring fairness and balance for everyone, while maintaining the business staffing needs.
Every team member has room for growth. We’re proud to prioritize internal growth by posting all open positions internally first, giving current team members the opportunity to apply before we consider external candidates.
Regarding stresses of workload, we understand the challenges and are continuously looking for ways to better distribute workloads across the team, whether that be by adding additional shifts, or adjusting shift-schedule times to help alleviate these pressures and create a more manageable workload for everyone.
We also appreciate your advice about consulting veteran employees on new ideas. We are committed to creating a more structured and regular feedback process to ensure all voices are heard and valued.
