      Pros

      Flexible working hours and the possibility of part-time work. A lot of interesting tasks, and this means the possibility of professional and career growth. White salary, sick pay, deductions to the FIU, the possibility of tax deductions. And of course a wonderful, and most importantly professional team.

      Cons

      Modern design and project management tools are not used.
