Pros

Performance based bonuses, you can take your hour break at once or turn it into multiple small breaks.

Cons

Went from remote to hybrid (aka in office a majority of the time) with no notice, your health insurance is not free even though you are working for BCBS, overtime is mandatory. Even though you are an "advocate" most of the time you are just explaining to customers why BCBS won't cover their meds/procedure/etc. Prepare yourself to talk to someone's dying granny and not be able to help them at all. :(

Pros

PTO days, work from home, starting pay is ok but the pay raise is laughable.

Cons

Team leaders especially but other management as shows favoritism. If you upset one of them they become very unprofessional and go above and beyond to find any and everything thing to reprimand you over. They will constantly do this daily until you have had enough and quit. They can’t keep employees because of the team leaders toxic behavior so they seldom fire anyone, they just continue to belittle and bring you down until you have had enough and quit.
