      Fair pay, Good people to work with, I was given a chance to work on new products and keep current with my old skills

      It is a government contract so no upward movement and commute is DC Metro so....

      Pros

      Company has done excellent work all around for their Federal Government customers specifically ARMY, Navy, and FAA. Even with the toughest of customers, company has a solid reputation to be flexible and still outperform. For me, it's been a great place to really be challenged and learn a lot for my own professional growth. Executive leadership has really given me additional responsibilities and supported me to be successful. It is really a family-oriented culture (everyone takes pride and supports each other)

      Cons

      Federal Government contracting has become a very tough business with less focus on best value but on low price which makes it difficult on a company to truly grow
