Pros

home office; no paycheck problem ever (I know it's the bare minimum, but it's a relief); opportunity to talk with a multicultural team and translators; teamwork; solid BWX system that has greatly evolved and will be even more efficient; they always aim for excellence

Cons

it's still solidifying process and playbooks; sometimes the tone of voice could be better worked

Pros

Highly skilled professionals, a very friendly work environment, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Developers have the opportunity to express their logic in a more unrestricted manner. The salary is competitive, and there is the option for remote work.

Cons

None at moment, every thing is very good
