      Pros

      Great salary benefits, and work life balance. Opportunities to work in different areas of the company, as well as with external organizations.

      Cons

      There are a lot of procedural and bureaucratic steps to getting work done. Much design work is done by external vendors.

      Located rural if you like that

      Cons

      20-30 years ago nuclear was a huge industry in ON for tech/eng. Today there is way better opportunities for young engineers in ON. With BP and OPG not building new plants the engineering work is limited. Pay is not significantly better then other tech industries. Culture is a blame culture. They rely alot on contractors.
