    Extensive continual training in Operations and Safety
    Shift crews are like family
    Small town living away from the big cities
    There are lots of services available with in an hours drive
    Bruce Power is a great supporter of local communities

    Winter weather can be a bit of a challenge for those not used to it

    Good salary package /work environment
    Great on site environment and options for recreation activities. Also had a good time with the management

    Middle of nowhere, if you like living in a city environment then you might find it tough to adjust specially during winter

    - top notch salaries, particularly in operations
    - paid to train and become an expert in a field for years to mutual benefit
