      Pros

      Great product which is needed by Brokerages across the US. Enjoy working with many smart minds and productive team members.

      Cons

      Startups can always have it's challenges. Fast paced so lots of work involved, however, I would rather be busy than that latter. Communication has increased over the past year which has made the team stronger.
