      -great work life balance -product that in my opinion is fun to sell -really positive experiences with leadership. I’ve found them to be extremely approachable, supportive, and invested - given ownership of your role and encouraged to think creatively -I feel included and part of the conversation in larger company settings - Employee feedback is genuinely valued. I’ve worked at both large and small companies, remote and in person, and Boulevard has been the most receptive to feedback. It feels like my voice matters

      Understanding managers, there to support you when you are asking for help. Good compensation. Flexible work life balance.

      Cons

      Not too many if you like to be remote. No office interactions but still able to connect with coworkers virtually.
