Pros

Great work-life balance, especially with being remote. Everyone is super understanding of what you have going on outside work, and as long as you get your job done, you have a lot of flexibility. The benefits are great, and the people here are incredible. Things are constantly evolving, and we move fast, but you really have the ability to make an impact.

Cons

Being a high-growth company, and things evolving quickly, you do need to be able to adapt to change. I think this allows for new learning opportunities, but with any startup, you have to be willing to move fast and adapt when necessary!

I've been at Boulevard for a while now, and I can honestly say it's been one of the best career decisions I've made. The biggest difference for me has been the people. I work with incredibly smart, kind, and supportive coworkers who genuinely want each other to succeed. I've never felt like I was "on my own" if I had a question or needed help. People are quick to jump in, share ideas, and collaborate, which isn't something I've experienced everywhere. Another thing I've really appreciated is that hard work is actually recognized here. If you're someone who's motivated and willing to put in the effort, you'll be rewarded for it. The compensation plans feel fair, the goals are achievable, and I always know what's expected of me. It's refreshing to work somewhere that celebrates people who consistently perform. I also joined Boulevard without any background in the beauty industry, and I never felt behind because of it. The onboarding and training were incredibly thoughtful, and the Revenue Enablement team did an amazing job making sure new hires had the tools and confidence to be successful. Looking back, I don't think I could've asked for a better ramp experience. What surprised me the most is that Boulevard actually lives its core values. A lot of companies have values on a website, but here you genuinely see them reflected in how people work together, communicate, and make decisions. I feel heard by my manager, leadership communicates openly, and there's a real sense that everyone's working toward the same goals. The recent organizational changes have honestly been exciting. Like any growing company, things evolve, but I've appreciated the transparency and the focus on raising the bar while continuing to hold ourselves accountable. One of the reasons I enjoy coming to work every day is knowing that what we do actually matters. I feel like I'm making an impact not only at Boulevard but also for the beauty and self-care businesses we support. It's rewarding to work with customers who are so passionate about what they do. No company is perfect, and growing quickly always comes with change, but I've found Boulevard to be a place where feedback is welcomed, managers genuinely want you to grow, and career progression is absolutely possible if you're willing to put in the work. Overall, I'm grateful to be here and excited to keep growing with the company. I genuinely hope this is a place I get to call home for a long time.

Cons

This is no longer an issue but AE's availability was an initial concern since we were on different time zones BUT recent updates have allowed much more flexibility and availability for SDR's when booking demos.
