Pros
Where do I begin? I'm a millennial and what Bluebridge offers me is exactly what I am looking for. I have the flexibility in my work and schedule to pursue both an ambitious professional life, as well as an adventurous personal life. The pay is good, benefits are good, people rock, and the technology is groundbreaking.
Cons
My old job had a matching 401k. I would like to see a matching component at Bluebridge.

Pros
The people - you won't find a better group of people that not only care about the business, but about each other. Flexible - they will work with your schedule if you have to take kids to school, dentist, etc. Laid Back - work extremely hard but are laid back enough to celebrate the successes when they come Environment - to sum it all up the environment is unbeatable. It is a breath of fresh air and I would highly recommend working here.
Cons
If you are not comfortable wearing many hats - this place may be stressful - but if you come in with a positive attitude there is no doubt you will succeed here with hard work.
