Leadership team before acquisition - strong with purpose and intent with their employees and business.
Cons
Acquisition with loss of employee investment and appreciation moved changed it to a company no one liked working for anymore.

Pros
This is a relaxed business environment. Management is helpful, well-informed, and very accommodating of employee needs. Work is not difficult, with many resources nearby to resolve customer concerns or problems.
Cons
As a part time employee, there are minimal opportunities for overtime. This was not really a management issue. When hired, just specify whether you would like to be considered for full-time work at a future date, even if it is not available at time of hire.
