Pros
Good salary for junior , convenient location of the company, Cibus and quality manpower.
Cons
The company is relatively small (70 employees in Israel) and recently there has been a large drop in profits so the management had to lay off many employees.

BitTech full of unique and amazing people. You can find there friends for life. Many employees stay there for more than 4 years.
Cons
When I worked there the were lots of fridays but they gave a bonus for those who stayed and worked on those days. salary could be better
