Pros
Not really a lot of pros. Some of the other staff were ok.
Cons
The CEO and all other upper management were absolutely attrocious. Zero experience running any time of chemical process plant. They completely rushed the start up and cut corners which resulted in ongoing issues. They also severely under paid everyone.
