      working in a passionate, mission-driven, environment. Flexible schedule and a great team to work with

      There is a bit of a high turnover but the ranch is constantly working towards retention and keeping the employees engaged.

      Pros

      You work with precious puppies and beautiful dogs daily. It's an incredible location. You work with others who have a love for and knowledge of dogs. I learn something new constantly.

      Cons

      It's hard to see the results of cruel humans. Some dogs are rescued in bad condition, it's very sad, when all they want is love.
