      Avoid if you value your career

      Pros

      Decent work life balance and opportunities to work around the world

      Cons

      Management pays lip service to pursuing new technologies, but their senior architects are so out of touch that they cannot pull together a coherent plan. There are too many tightly held silos that prevent any measure of DevOps. Senior managers are never held accountable for failing projects, but they are quick to fire the people under them.

      Employees treated well, but sub-par salary increase and short-on-sight leadership

      - Respect of family-work balance - Comprehensive and generous health insurance (including vision and dental) - Great training and professional development programs

      Cons

      The main con, at least for me, is the company's culture. It is: - Leadership and middle managers are short-sighted because of the head-count model that only rewards short-term results - Innovation is mainly made through acquisitions instead of internally - Even though leadership is talking of "empowerment", the reality is that decision-making is very political and controlled by very few people within the company.
