Pros
A micro-company with the principals being husband and wife. Both are renown for their expertise. Projects involve anything from simple air quality testing to large high-rise HVAC investigations. Fellow employees all were good people. Fair pay to start but soon realized not enough. Paid on time every week.
Cons
Principals manage the company with very little concern for employees. Very poor basic business practices. Very poor communication. Hard to work for. Most all employees have quit due to being alienated and frustrated by the absurdity of principals' attitudes and practices. The outsourced CFO had no backbone to correct problems which severely affected the entire business.
