      Pros

      Great products! That is the only Pro for this company. Some of the best skincare products in the industry. The customer service team is great and will help you with anything you need.

      Cons

      The current leadership of this company is awful! They have absolutely no idea how to manage a sales team. The reputation in the industry for BABOR is terrible which is sad because the products are some of the best in the industry. Spas don’t want to do business with this company because they know that their sales person won’t be there longer than a year. BABOR will fire people for absolutely no reason. This company is the definition of INSANITY! No matter how much money they offer you...do not work for this company!

      The product is beautiful and the spa’s that you work with are luxury and nice.

      Cons

      The upper management had unrealistic sales goals and are out of touch with spa’s actual needs. They do not speak kindly to employees in terms of team calls and coaching opportunities. No opportunity to move up. It’s a male dominated executive team. The two CEO’s they currently have are awful.

      Professional atmosphere with professional people in Palm Beach and spas throughout the U.S. Travel expenses and vehicle part of your assignments.

      Cons

      Management not licensed in the esthetic field so rules change on a weekly basis... scheduling of clients not balanced ... favorites get the regulars
