Pros

The product is beautiful and the spa’s that you work with are luxury and nice.

Cons

The upper management had unrealistic sales goals and are out of touch with spa’s actual needs. They do not speak kindly to employees in terms of team calls and coaching opportunities. No opportunity to move up. It’s a male dominated executive team. The two CEO’s they currently have are awful.

Pros

The best of all worlds; the Americas Division has an entrepreneurial culture of a small company with the ability to make big changes quickly which has yielded continual year-over-year growth. Along with the stability, security and structure of a large global corporation which is represented in over 70 countries. And the heart and compassion for people and personal growth as the company has remained family owned for over 60 years. It’s a fun and rewarding experience!

None. It's a high pace, positive environment where you have the ability to directly impact the business and see the results.

Pros

Great products and fantastic marketing strategies from Germany, that we needed to replicate in the U.S.A market.

Cons

The brand isn't recognized within the US, except for Spa businesses. The leadership team wasn't effective. It is a different company culture, that could be tough.
