New CEO and rising leadership team offer promising future for the business and the work culture. Exceptional number of women in leadership. Queer positive environment.
Cons
Communication and feedback are rare. Partnership model creates a monoculture that makes innovation very hard. Partners have trouble listening and don’t like explaining decisions or owning failure. Few below partner level can own decisions. Strategic decisions can feel like they are what’s best for the partners not the company. A culture of managing up and kicking down and ignoring expertise. Diversity and inclusion are challenging despite prominence of women in leadership positions. Few POC. It’s a very insular culture.
