I have been working at BTS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very fun and positive atmosphere! The morale is way better than any other job I’ve held!

    Cons

Sometimes communication between departments can be lacking, but ultimately we all end up getting the job done. Working from home right now is a little tough and a little more “cheering” or motivation could go much further than you think!

I have been working at BTS full-time

    Pros

-Culture is the best. -Triennual international conference. -Annual conference -Rocking parties. -Work from home and timely salary. -You get more exposure in terms of speaking to clients and requirement gathering.

    Cons

    - You will get every work other than development here. - Most of the work would be copy pasting if you are in production team. -No learning scope -You have to work on a platform which is used only in BTS. -Good amount of politics. -Project managers are not technically sound.
