      Nothing, Management always do the harassment. Company work culture is bad. Leaders doesn't know what they are building.

      Cons

      Work culture is not good. Job Security is not there. Management always do the Harassment. You will lose your mental peace if you join this company. Founders lack the direction. Not a good company to work for.
