Typical corporate
Mar 22, 2023 - Customer Service Representative in Peterborough, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Worked there a few months and the biggest pro is their benefits package - you can tailor it to your needs and many things are included. Colleagues are mostly nice too and the working environment is fairly modern with free lunches and fruit. Pay is also not too bad but work is hard.
Cons
Their support system is flexible but very slow - if you need help on the floor or from your manager you likely need to request it well in advance. What they call 'operational support' is slow and agents there often are rude. Typical corporate workplace where they try to get the most possible out of you. Requirements are rather high and allow no flexibility while you work.

What a waste of time
Mar 4, 2023 - Customer Service Representative in Peterborough, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Easy job Many vacancies in the customer service role Nice team Free lunch
Cons
The common saying "if your face don't fit" is true at this place. Money is decent for what it is. Commission is horrible. I understand the cap but in order to get additional commission you have to compete with other colleagues for "top ten percent". It becomes a toxic work environment as managers clearly have their favourites.
