    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at BBC part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

It depends on the department. Some people can work flexibly, people are good, the work is interesting.

    Cons

It can be a very frustrating place to work. Specifically, unless you are the right sort of person, it is very difficult to get promoted, it doesn't matter how much experience you have. It zaps your energy eventually. If only it could be easier to move around, it would be a great place to work.

    Advice to Management

Please energise or I fear for the BBC's future.
