Pros
I was job-searching for about a year after getting my bachelor's degree, with previous internship experience and a high GPA to back it up. To say the market is difficult right now is an understatement... Regardless, I am so grateful to now work at Axway where they give people chances to learn/grow and wholeheartedly support you with trying new things. The company culture is excellent, and they really do work with you to thrive in your role. There is also a lot of encouragement to go outside of your comfort zone, and because of that I am a better professional.
Cons
I wish there were more offices around the country so I could be half-remote and half in-person, but that is also just kind of the role.
