      Was very good. Now it is all stress, no fun anymore.

      Pros

      Good benefits, car and expenses provided. You really get to know a lot of people all around the country. Sister Manager bonding, and sisterhood support. Lot's of free product :)

      Cons

      Management is very unprofessional, disrespectful and insulting. It used to be a good motivational work. Management now is all about threats. Working unpaid overtime. Very, very very stressful to the point your health is compromised.

      Pros

      Good incentives and bonuses, education on coaching techniques and leadership skills was very good, but not put into practice oftentimes by higher ups

      Cons

      No work life balance. Constant pressure for numbers and always being made to feel like you are failing by management. IT was very cult like atmosphere and very emotionally abusive

      Do you enjoy working like a slave? do you enjoy working evenings weekends and days with little to no time off ? do you enjoy being told how incompetent you are on a daily basis? do you love to have nothing but negative feedback from someone who does not speak English? do you love to be micro managed ? If you love being treated like a workhorse and telling lower than dirt? This is the job for you. You get all that and more! For a company whose slogan is empowering women there has been no empowering of anyone for the last year or so
