      Pros

      Good benefits, car and expenses provided. You really get to know a lot of people all around the country. Sister Manager bonding, and sisterhood support. Lot's of free product :)

      Cons

      Management is very unprofessional, disrespectful and insulting. It used to be a good motivational work. Management now is all about threats. Working unpaid overtime. Very, very very stressful to the point your health is compromised.

      See latest varied product offerings Can buy some samples & products @ discount

      Cons

      Need to find your own customers, many not home. Spend much time on computer, entering orders precisely. Trying to co- ordinate customers deliveries, for you to get their payments, so that you're not stuck for the bill & excess (some made in China mdse) products. Quite a lot effort for smaller $.
