Pros

Pay, remote work, nothing else

Cons

Sneaky business practices, poor leadership, the culture encourages lying to customers if AudioCodes is at fault for anything (outages, configuration mistakes, etc...), lack of employee disciplinary processes which allows poor employees to cause customer outages, little to no training offered to new employees.

Pros

Open Technologies. Good entry to VoiP world. Some flexibility on work/life balance.

Cons

The amount of work for support is unequivocally not in line with remuneration. Upward mobility is rather tight due to limited US opportunities and corporate strategy seems to be centered towards Israel workforce enhancements. Working remotely has an adverse effect on visibility and it is compounded by trying to support several products where little training is offered by HQ. Extremely high stress environment. The culture is well.. no culture. It is almost as if HR tries to appease support employees with a once a year yacht dinner.
