Not a great candidate experience, unfortunately.
I had an initial screening call with their recruiter(long time employee) in Israel — the conversation itself was positive, and I was told I’d receive an update within a week. It’s now been over a week and a half, and my follow-ups have gone unanswered.
I fully understand that not every candidate progresses in the process — that’s expected. That said, clear and timely communication is the bare minimum. Even a brief message to say there’s no update yet shows consideration and respect for a candidate’s time.
These interactions matter, and they ultimately influence how candidates perceive a company. This experience, unfortunately, didn’t leave a good impression.

Interview
I did not receive an offer, but the interview process was very positive. It reflected a mature services organization, thoughtful and diligent employees, and approachable, professional managers. I would have been happy to join the team and hope there may be another opportunity in the future.

Very welcoming staff and super quick process. Total of 5 interviews in 10 calendary days: phone calls from recruiter and hiring manager, technical interview via zoom, and concentrated on-site day with HR and SW Group Manager.
