Cons

Micro managers. Unrealistic expectations. Long hours. Low pay. No appreciation and positive feedback. Hostile work environment. Caters to sales. Sexism. Dishonest. Get all compensation info. in writing! Cheap. Non-compliant with breaks, reimbursements, COVID, safety, training, labor laws. No schedule for reviews and pay increases. Low pay for Office staff. Retaliation for complaints. Quick to terminate good people for the wrong reasons.

Great company culture, plenty of room for advancement, supportive environment, heavy focus on employee development.

Cons

Commission based sales can feel stressful if that’s not what you’re used to (not a problem if this is your norm)

Pros

Learning that I would never want to work in this environment ever again.

Cons

Companies a massive scam, they're constantly overcharging customers for projects that are unnecessary. Always felt bad working. Management is very unprofessional and That's a lot of micromanagement.
