Pros

The clients tend to be very satisfied and the software does work very well. I really can't think of any other positive comments about this place.

Cons

The sales tactics are antiquated. No real marketing of any kind. Sales is not truly run by the VP of Sales but by the CEO, who is a software developer. CEO belittles and screams at people like I have never seen. Morale is horrible and turnover is very high.

Pros

They hire really talented staff, so you’ll learn a lot

Cons

Upper management is bad. They make decisions on a whim, causing everyone to shift focus at the drop of a hat. They don’t seem to care about current customers unless they are deemed important accounts. They only care about making more sales, instead of making the product good for their customers. They put their employees in situations where they will get yelled at by customers because the quality of the software is so bad.
