Pros

Good people in teams, collaboration within a region.

Cons

Fully Sales driven. Mgmt does not have a vision and headless with respect to engineering. Handful of engineers are pushed to work on multiple products on need basis without training the workforce. Except code no other documentation or training available. Not a good place for junior and senior software engineers.

Pros

Improved Leave policy (Had very less leaves but it has been almost doubled. Have ample amount of leaves) Good work ( More and More work is getting offloaded to Bangalore team and future brighter) Fun activities ( Regular outings - badminton, movies and bowling )
