      Unorganized and totally sales driven

      Pros

      Good people in teams, collaboration within a region.

      Cons

      Fully Sales driven. Mgmt does not have a vision and headless with respect to engineering. Handful of engineers are pushed to work on multiple products on need basis without training the workforce. Except code no other documentation or training available. Not a good place for junior and senior software engineers.

      It has good work life balance. The manager and co workers are good and friendly It has remote work

      Senior management needs to improve and also products are very old and mostly got from China.
