Unfortunately, like most third party companies their pay structure is at the mercy of t-mobile's incentive structure.

Could pick the channel on the streaming music.

Cons

You either get your hourly rate over a bi weekly period, or your commission, whichever is higher. So you could sell a lot several days then a couple of slow days might mean you never get into the green...
